Due to our HVAC contractor having to do a bunch of re-work to pass final inspection, the last step, installation of the ceiling insulation will take place on Monday, September 29.
Ceiling Insulation - The ceiling insulation serves two critical purposes. It will reduce our energy demand and limit the sound that escapes from the runs so as to minimize the disruption to our neighbors. We plan to install blown-in insulation a couple of feet deep.
We moved the dogs in on September 27, 2008. They clearly enjoyed the new air conditioned runs with calming music and soft beds.
