December 18, 2006 - Adoption Day

Hello,

This is Jillian giving an update on Berlin (formerly known as Grazie). We also call her "punkin' britches" because of her orange rear end. Her favorite time of the day is feeding time. I've never seen a dog so excited to get food before. She gets so wound up she cannot contain herself. She has become the "snuggle bunny" I was searching for and to my husbands dismay I sneak her on the couch ever so often. :) Although I have found both dogs lying in our bed with him every once in a while! Berlin and Maverick get along very well and they both enjoy playing with our cat Gatsby. Or rather, Gatsby enjoys antagonizing them. And apparently they don't think our nephew is clean enough because they like to give him a bath with their tongues! Berlin and Maverick switch sleeping beds and sometimes lay together. They both love their Kongs and Mommy's shoes. :( We are working on that....well, mostly me, making sure they are picked up! LOL! We will send pictures soon!
