We wanted to give you an update on Berri. (We actually changed her name to Heidi, we wanted to give her a little German name)
She is doing great. She has been adjusting fine. The cats and Heidi are getting along very well. She has already figured out how to use the pet door and already figured out to look at us just right with her sweet little face and get a treat. (Ha, Ha....)
We also introduced her to the Vet; he lives three doors down from us, and our friends that have two Dobes in the neighborhood. My dad is bringing his little girl Dobe over tonight so she will get to meet some more friends. It should be fun because my parents little Dobe is about a year older then Heidi and they can play together.
She is great and we absolutely love her. She is a little sweetie. We let her sleep in-between us on the bed last night. (I have a feeling that will be her normal spot).
My dad wanted to come up and see the Rescue so we may come up in about a week to visit.
