Motivation Run

After the Graduation Parade Practice, the recruits marched back to their house. We had a briefing in the museum courtyard, and then assembled in the waiting area for the Motivation Run (or Moto Run).

They halted in front of us. There's Ben, a little to my left.
I moved to my left so I could see his face.
They were pretty intense. Everyone was shouting and screaming
The recruits responded to something their DI shouted.
Still shouting.
And again! And then they were off. They ran west to the far end of the parking lot, and then looped around and ran past us again. They were really moving.
The mascot lead the Moto Run, at least for a little.
Here comes Platoon 3003. You can just see a bit of Ben's face.
The DI's were still bellowing and shouting at them.
We have moved to wait for them in front of the theater. The announcer told us that they had just run five miles in 28 minutes. Pretty damn impressive.

Everyone was cheering them on. It was so exciting. [Close-up of Ben]
